1. Introduction

Liam Hotels places great importance on making its services and information accessible to the entire public, including people with disabilities. We work to improve accessibility across the group’s websites and hotels, so that using our services is as convenient, respectful and equal as possible.

We invest effort in making accessibility adjustments in accordance with the applicable law and the needs of people with different disabilities.

2. Website accessibility

The website includes an accessibility plugin that offers a range of adjustments to the site’s display and browsing experience.

These adjustments are designed to help users by, among other things, enlarging text, changing contrast and colours, highlighting links and headings, and keyboard navigation — according to the plugin’s capabilities and actual operation.

The website works to improve accessibility in line with Israeli Standard IS 5568 and the WCAG 2.0 guidelines at level AA, subject to the adjustments made and the relevant accessibility checks.

We recommend using an up-to-date web browser. Assistive technologies can also be used, depending on their compatibility with the website.

How to use the accessibility plugin

Clicking the accessibility icon on the website opens the options menu, where you can choose the display and navigation adjustments available in the plugin.

Options that may be available in the plugin include:

  • Increasing and decreasing text size.
  • Changing contrast, colours and background.
  • Highlighting headings and links.
  • Changing letter and line spacing.
  • Adjusting the site display for reading.
  • Keyboard navigation options.
  • Additional options depending on the plugin installed on the site.

The available options may vary depending on the plugin version and site settings.

3. Accessibility at the group’s hotels

Liam Hotels works to provide accessible service to its guests. Below are the accessibility arrangements reported for the hotels, subject to verification at each hotel:

  • Hotel entrance: the ground-level entrance is accessible.
  • Elevator: there is a wheelchair-accessible elevator.
  • Door width: accessible doors 100 cm wide or more are reported.
  • Adapted room: one wheelchair-adapted room is reported.
  • Accessible restrooms: available in the reception area, on the lobby level.
  • Accessible parking: parking near the elevator can be arranged in advance with the accessibility coordinator, subject to the arrangements at the hotel.

We recommend contacting the hotel before your arrival to confirm the accessibility arrangements actually available, get information about adapted rooms and coordinate special needs.

Accessibility arrangements may differ between the group’s hotels. Specific information about a particular hotel will be provided by the hotel staff or the accessibility coordinator.

4. Encountered an accessibility problem on the website?

We make efforts to improve the accessibility of the website and the services provided through it. However, some content, components or services may not yet be fully accessible.

If you encounter difficulty browsing, inaccessible information or a problem with the accessibility plugin, we would be glad to hear from you so we can look into it and address it as far as possible.
